The Aerapy studio is a tranquil oasis in the heart of DUMBO, Brooklyn. It is just steps from the park, Fulton Ferry Landing with stunning views of Manhattan and both iconic bridges, near trains, ferries with garage parking available upon request. We have mats, pillows, blankets, clean air and filtered water at the ready. Our space is designed to make people feel calm and at ease as soon as they arrive.

About Studio Partnerships

We are now offering a limited number of studio partnerships for established practitioners who are looking for an affordable professional space for their private clients in DUMBO. We’re suited for modalities including PT, Pilates, massage, concierge medicine, somatic work, and related wellness practices. Partners have full use the studio during monthly/weekly scheduled blocks, at affordable rate without the pressure of a long term lease.

The studio is approximately 800 sq ft of open loft and includes:

• private bathroom • separate dressing room • comfortable seating • kitchen suitable for tea and light hospitality or catering • high-speed WiFi • HEPA air filtration • climate control • mirrored wall • professional 9ft rig for professional aerial/suspension fitness set up for FitSprings Pilates, silks, yoga mats, blocks and blankets, massage table • The space is insured for practitioner and client use and is appropriate for private sessions, workshops, and trainings.
