Classes and Memberships Cancellation:

• Classes must be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.

• Membership cancellations must be requested in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

Aerapy Method Hammocks:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the package and only for completely unused products.

• A 15% restocking fee will apply.

• Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are at the customer’s expense.

• Email letsfly@aerapymethod.com with your request for a return, exchange, or refund within 14 days of receiving your package.

Apparel:

• Apparel is not eligible for returns.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Aerapy Method reserves the right to grant or deny rescheduling of a class/training in extreme circumstances. However, rescheduling remains at the sole discretion of Aerapy Method and is based on availability.

• No-shows and cancellations for classes less than 24 hours prior will not be refunded.

Retreat Cancellation:

• In rare and extreme circumstances, Aerapy Method might cancel a retreat.

• Aerapy Method is not responsible for costs incurred for travel arrangements or accommodations related to a retreat in the event of a cancellation.
