Why Suspension Feels So Good

Why I Created Aerapy

I created Aerapy Method® as a gentler, more therapeutic approach to aerial movement—one designed not for performers, but for real people seeking relief.

With 7+ years of aerial training and teaching, I blend therapeutic suspension, nervous-system regulation, fascia-informed movement, and restorative touch to help clients decompress the spine, release chronic tension, and feel calmer in their bodies.

I created Aerapy for people like me—those navigating stress, peri/post-menopause, aging joints, burnout, or bodies that just need a softer, more supportive way to move.

We recommend starting with a private session, where movement can be tailored to your body and comfort level.
